1. Hygiene & Return Eligibility

For the safety of all our customers, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This is to ensure 100% health safety for our community.

Eligible for Return/Exchange ONLY if:

  • The product remains in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
  • The security seal (if present) is intact and unbroken.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement.

How to Claim

Follow these steps immediately upon delivery:

  1. Do not use the product.
  2. Take clear photos or a short video of the defect/damage.
  3. Record an unboxing video if possible (highly recommended).
  4. Send the evidence to our WhatsApp number 8967495002 within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement unit at no extra cost. If the specific item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here is how cancellations work:

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund.
  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse delivery at the doorstep, but shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.
